Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Ista Flower!

By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. By continuing with this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our Terms of Service as outlined below.

1. Booking & Payment

Please contact us first to confirm availability for your wedding date. Once confirmed, your slot can be secured with a non-refundable deposit. You may choose your preservation design upon booking or decide later. A final invoice will be issued after confirmation. The final product will be shipped only after full payment is received.

2. Shipping & Delivery

You are fully responsible for delivering or shipping your bouquet to our studio in Tabanan, Bali—including all associated costs. Ista Flowers is not liable for any damage, delays, or loss during the delivery or drop-off of fresh flowers. Once preserved, we are also not responsible for any damages that occur during the delivery of the final product.

3. Bouquet Condition

We will work with your bouquet in the condition it is received. If your flowers arrive damaged, moldy, or unsuitable for use, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Flowers are preserved naturally, and some fading or color changes may occur over time—especially in white flowers, which are more prone to yellowing. We offer an optional color correction service to help maintain your flowers’ vibrancy. If you wish to add this service, please inform us before the final process begins.

4. Design & Customization

By placing an order, you agree to grant our team creative freedom in designing two layout options for your approval. Once a layout is selected, no further changes can be made. Custom requests will only be considered if submitted before the framing or resin process begins. We aim to replicate the approved mockup as closely as possible, but slight variations may occur due to flower size, spacing adjustments, or natural differences. Our commitment is to deliver a result that closely matches your selected design.

5. Acknowledgment of Artistic Process

Please understand that while we strive to maintain the original appearance of your bouquet, the final outcome may slightly differ due to natural variation and compositional adjustments. We are dedicated to creating a beautiful result that stays true to the approved design.

6. Use of Materials

Not all flowers may be included in the final design due to thickness, condition, or space limitations. If you wish to include additional items such as lace or ornaments, please discuss this with us in advance.

7. Framing & Final Product Delivery

Once the design is approved, we reserve the right to seal and package your artwork within 3 days. If your selected frame size is not suitable due to the quantity of flowers, we may adjust the frame and refund any price difference. Once shipped, we cannot make changes to the delivery address or reschedule the shipment.

8. Damage & Liability

We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping after the product leaves our studio. If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We may request photos for review, but full responsibility lies with the shipping provider.

9. Estimated Production Timeline

Our standard turnaround times are:

- Pressed flowers: 7–10 days
- 3D (resin) flowers: 2–3 months

During peak wedding season (June–August), timelines may extend to:

- Pressed flowers: 2–4 weeks
- 3D flowers: 3–4 months

We will keep you updated throughout the process and inform you promptly of any delays.

10. Pickup & Storage

You are responsible for collecting or arranging delivery of your final product within 7 days of completion. We cannot guarantee storage beyond this period.

11. Handmade Resin Products

All resin artworks are handmade and may naturally contain minor imperfections such as microbubbles, fine fibers, or surface variations. These are a normal part of the process and do not affect the beauty or durability of your piece. Please note: for 3D flower products, small sand-like grains may appear at the bottom of the resin due to the natural materials used in the preservation process. This is normal and expected.
