Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Ista Flowers, a brand operated by ISTA NATURAL LIVING (NIB: 1207240027792).
By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions. By continuing with your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Service outlined below.
1. Booking & Payment
Please contact us first to confirm the availability of your wedding date. Once availability is confirmed, your booking can be secured with a non-refundable deposit.
You may select your preservation design at the time of booking or decide at a later stage. A final invoice will be issued after the order details are confirmed. The final product will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
2. Shipping & Delivery
You are fully responsible for delivering or shipping your bouquet to our studio located in Tabanan, Bali, including all associated shipping costs.
Ista Flowers is not responsible for any damage, delays, or loss during the delivery of fresh flowers to our studio.
Once the preservation process is completed and the final product is shipped, Ista Flowers is also not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping.
3. Bouquet Condition
We will work with your bouquet in the condition it is received.
If your flowers arrive severely damaged, moldy, or unsuitable for preservation, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
Flowers are preserved naturally, and some fading or color changes may occur over time, especially in white flowers which are more prone to yellowing.
We offer an optional color correction service to help maintain the vibrancy of your flowers. If you would like to include this service, please inform us before the final preservation process begins.
4. Design & Customization
By placing an order, you agree to grant our team creative freedom to design two layout options for your approval.
Once a layout is selected, no further design changes can be made.
Custom requests will only be considered if submitted before the framing or resin process begins.
While we aim to replicate the approved mockup as closely as possible, slight variations may occur due to flower size, spacing adjustments, and natural characteristics of preserved flowers.
Our commitment is to deliver a final result that closely reflects the approved design.
5. Acknowledgment of Artistic Process
Preserved flowers are natural materials and may behave differently during the drying and preservation process.
While we strive to maintain the original beauty and structure of your bouquet, the final result may vary slightly due to natural changes and artistic composition.
6. Use of Materials
Not all flowers from the bouquet may be included in the final design due to thickness, condition, or space limitations.
If you wish to include additional elements such as lace, ribbons, or ornaments, please discuss this with us before the preservation process begins.
7. Framing & Final Product Delivery
Once the design has been approved, we reserve the right to seal and package the artwork within 3 days.
If the selected frame size is not suitable for the quantity of flowers, we may adjust the frame size accordingly and refund any price difference if applicable.
Once the final product has been shipped, changes to the shipping address or delivery schedule cannot be made.
8. Damage & Liability
We are not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping once the product has left our studio.
If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos of the damage for review.
Please note that shipping-related damage claims must be handled directly with the shipping provider.
9. Estimated Production Timeline
Our standard production timelines are:
Pressed Flowers
7–10 days
3D Resin Flowers
2–3 months
During peak wedding season (June–August), timelines may extend to:
Pressed Flowers: 2–4 weeks
3D Resin Flowers: 3–4 months
We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you promptly of any unexpected delays.
10. Pickup, Storage & Package Handling
You are responsible for collecting or arranging delivery of your finished product within 7 days after completion. We cannot guarantee storage availability beyond this period.
Upon receiving your package, please open it immediately. Since the product is carefully sealed for shipping, the packaging does not allow air circulation. Leaving the package unopened for an extended period may cause moisture buildup that could potentially affect the artwork.
Ista Flowers is not responsible for any damage caused by delayed opening of the package after delivery.
11. Handmade Resin Products
All resin artworks are handmade, and minor imperfections such as microbubbles, fine fibers, or slight surface variations may naturally occur. These are normal characteristics of handmade resin art and do not affect the durability or overall beauty of the piece.
For 3D flower resin products, small sand-like particles may appear at the bottom of the resin due to the natural preservation process. This is normal and expected when working with organic materials.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by
