Flower Preservation Guide

1.Pre-Wedding (Book Your Spot)

Reserve your date with us by contacting us through the form below or via WhatsApp. We’ll check and confirm our availability for your wedding date.
Once your spot is confirmed, you can choose to either pay the down payment first to secure your booking or go ahead and purchase your preferred preservation model directly from this website.
If you’re still unsure about the model, no worries, you can reserve your spot first and decide later. Your booking is secured once the non-refundable deposit is paid and our terms and conditions are agreed upon.

2.Post-Wedding (Flower Drop Off or Pick-up)

After your wedding, you can choose the most convenient way to send us your bouquet. We can help arrange a pickup from your location in Bali.
If you prefer, you can also drop-ship or deliver the bouquet directly to our studio in Tabanan.
We’ll provide detailed shipping instructions to ensure your flowers arrive safely and in the best condition for preservation.

3.Preservation Begin

We'll notify you as soon as your flowers arrive and begin the preservation process right away.
Once the flowers have dried, you'll receive two layout options to choose from.
You're welcome to request up to three revisions during the design process.

4.Your flowers is preserved!

Your custom flower preservation will be ready in approximately 7–10 days for pressed flower pieces, including necklaces, and 2–3 months for 3D bouquet frames. We offer worldwide shipping, and local pickup is available at our studio.
For orders outside Southeast Asia, resin coating is required to comply with international customs regulations.

How We Pick Up Your Bouquet

1.Same-Day Pickup (Around Bali)
If we are available, we can pick up your bouquet on the same day—right after your wedding, once you no longer need it. Please share the contact of your wedding organizer or a family member so we can coordinate directly with them. No need to worry about packing, our staff will bring everything needed to protect your flowers properly.

2.Next-Day Pickup via Online Taxi
If the pickup is scheduled for the next day, we will arrange a reliable online taxi (car or bike) to collect your bouquet. It usually arrives at our studio within 30 minutes – 2 hours.

3.Preparing Your Bouquet for Online Taxi Pickup

If you choose this option, you will need to prepare the bouquet before pickup. We’ll send you a video guide to help you with the process. The materials you may need are tissue, scissors, tape, and a plastic bag. If you don’t have these on hand, your hotel or villa staff can usually help you prepare them.

4.Important Note

• Make sure to place your bouquet stems in water once you’re no longer using them to help keep the flowers fresh until pickup.

• Whether we pick up your bouquet personally or arrange pickup via online taxi, this service is considered a form of shipping. The fee will depend on your location in Bali.
