Ista Flowers Terms and Conditions

By continuing with your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all the following terms and conditions. You have read, understood, and accepted the Terms of Service as outlined below.

1. Booking and Payment
You must contact us first to confirm our availability for your wedding date. Once confirmed, you can secure your spot by paying the non-refundable down payment. After booking, you may proceed to select your preservation model or choose to decide later. An invoice for the remaining balance will be sent after confirmation. Final pieces will be delivered after full payment is received. Orders cannot be shipped until all outstanding balances have been settled.

2. Shipping and Delivery
You are solely responsible for the delivery or shipping of your bouquet to our studio in Tabanan, Bali, including all related costs. Ista Flowers is not liable for any damage, delays, or loss during shipping or pickup, whether via courier or online taxi. We will provide detailed packing instructions to help protect your flowers in transit. Optional shipping protection is available upon request.

3. Bouquet Condition
We will work with your bouquet in the condition it is received. If your flowers are affected by mold, bugs, or damage and deemed unworkable, they may be discarded and your order canceled with a refund. Flowers are preserved naturally, and fading or color shifts may occur over time. White flowers are particularly prone to browning. We also offer optional color correction services to help maintain the vibrancy of your preserved flowers. If you would like to add this service, please let us know before we begin your final piece.

4. Design and Customization
By ordering a preserved piece, you grant our artist creative liberty to design two layout options for your approval. Once a layout is selected, you may not make changes after the piece is sealed. Customization requests will only be considered if submitted before we begin framing or pouring resin. While we do our best to replicate your chosen mockup, slight differences may occur due to flower size, spatial adjustments, and natural variation. We are committed to delivering a result as close as possible to the mockup.

5. Acknowledgement of Artistic Process
Please note that while we strive to honor your original bouquet’s appearance, the final preserved piece may differ slightly from the mockup due to natural flower variations and layout adjustments. We are committed to achieving a result that is as close as possible to the approved design.

6. Use of Materials
Not all flowers may be included in the final design due to thickness, condition, or space limitations. Any ribbons, lace, or non-floral items sent with the bouquet will not be used. If you wish to have these returned, additional shipping charges will apply. Otherwise, they will be safely discarded.

7. Framing and Shipping
Once your design is approved, we reserve the right to seal and safely package your piece within 3 days. We cannot guarantee frame size selection if it does not match the volume of usable flowers—we may adjust the frame size accordingly and refund the price difference if applicable. Once shipped, we cannot change the shipping address or reschedule delivery.

8. Damage and Liability
We are not responsible for any damage caused during carrier shipment after the piece has left our studio. If your frame is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We may request photos to assess the situation, but responsibility lies with the shipping carrier.

9. Turnaround Time
Our standard turnaround time is:

• Pressed flowers: 7–10 days

• 3D flowers (resin): 2–3 months

During wedding season (June–August), timelines may extend to:

• Pressed flowers: 2–4 weeks

• 3D flowers: 3–4 months

We will keep you updated on your piece's progress and inform you promptly if delays occur.

10. Collection and Storage
You must collect or arrange shipping for your final piece within 7 days of completion. After this period, we cannot guarantee storage availability.

11. Handmade Nature of Resin Pieces
All resin pieces are handmade and may include minor imperfections such as microbubbles, small fibers, or surface irregularities. These are normal and do not affect the beauty or integrity of your keepsake.
