The pressing and drying portion can take up to 3-4 days! Full turn around time is 10-14 days at this point to allow us to give your flowers the attention and care they need to become a forever piece.

As long as you take care of your frame your flowers will last forever! But please be aware that your flowers will fade overtime. We do not use any dies, preservatives, or chemical enhancements during the preserving process. We love what mother nature does to the aging of the flowers and we believe it tells a beautiful story. Make sure to keep your flowers away from direct sunlight and away from any humid areas (ex. the bathroom, kitchen). If you follow those steps, your flowers should stay for your whole life . Happy day!

With each arrangement, we strive to include every single flower, but more often than not, there isn’t enough space for every single element of the bouquet. We have a specific design style where we don’t overcrowd the frame and instead space out the pieces to create a true work of art. If a client requests to have the leftover flowers returned with the final piece, we are always happy to do so, or you can make more add-ons keepsake for your family or bridesmaid! However, in the absence of such a request, we add them to our stockpile for future reuse.

No, we do not ship back any glass vases or other items that may be used to hold or decorate your bouquet stems. If you have a special request to include charms, pins, or other items in your design, please contact us.

We suggest booking within 3 months of your event to ensure we can get you all the updated information and product options. We can take your order up to 2 days after the event, if it is any later than that then we ask that you send us a photo of the current state of your flowers and we can determine if it is still in workable condition.!

  • Keep your bouquet from direct sunlight
  • Keep the flowers (steam) in the water after the event or after when you don’t need it anymore for your event
  • For bridal toss we suggest to replace it with another bouquet to avoid any kind brush or damage on the flowers
  • Ask your wedding planner, bridesmaid, or a family member to keep an eye on your blooms because sometimes the blooms are accidentally broken or even lost in the midst of the party.
